Project Island Song AGM

The Guardians of the Bay of Islands AGM is coming up on Thursday 30th October, from 6pm – 8pm at Russell RSA.
Whether or not you are currently a member of the Guardians, we’d love for you to come along and hear about what’s going on within Project Island Song.
Following the official business, we’re delighted to host Melissa McLuskie of the New Zealand Penguin Initiative (NZPI) as our guest speaker.
As the Community Programme Manager at the NZPI, Melissa coordinates the National Kororā Monitoring Programme; providing support and expertise to groups across the country to help them monitor and protect their kororā colonies.
Melissa will share her experiences from groups around the country, and this will be a great opportunity for us all to learn more about how we can monitor and support our local kororā population.
