Our Predator Free Town – an open discussion

26 September | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Free

Please join us this September 26th at the Duke of Marlborough as we share the latest updates from Predator Free Russell, and discuss our upcoming plans to activate our Russell township device network this Spring.

Over the past few months, with the support of property owners and managers, we’ve been busy installing traps and bait stations – our key tools in eliminating invasive predators – across Russell township, Long Beach and surrounding areas. Soon, we’ll activate these devices – we’ll put bait in the stations and set lures in the traps. This will commence what is known as the “knockdown” phase, the first stage of any predator elimination attempt. It may still be some years before we can say that Russell township is predator-free, but this marks the start of the process.

Come along to learn more, ask questions, and find out how to get involved. Your support is making a huge difference, and we are looking forward to taking this next step together!

Yes we will also have tea and biscuits. Please register your attendance so we can cater accordingly: register here.
