Level up your Trapping Skills: Puketī Forest

Get ready for an action-packed day in the ngāhere! Dan and Taryn are leading an awesome mission establishing a 2 km trapline to boost protection (buffer zone) around the current Puketī headquarters and nature trail.

They are needing keen kaitiaki to help cut and mark the track, carry in and set up DOC200 and SA2 traps.

You’ll master best practice pest trapping, sharpen up on kauri hygiene techniques and build on teamwork skills alongside your fellow trappers.
