About Your Donations
Our community’s involvement has always been critical to our mission, demonstrating a shared commitment to preserving our local environment for future generations. Your support empowers us to continue our work and inspires others to join us in our mission.
Where does the money go?
You’ve probably seen our hard-working team around town or in the bush, and this is of course the core of our work. In addition to this there’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes. From strategy and planning, to procurement, health and safety, communications, admin, and meeting with landowners and businesses, there’s a huge amount of work that goes into a successful and efficiently-run predator elimination programme.
How much do I have to donate?
Pay what you feel – we appreciate each dollar that’s been paid towards the project.
Can I claim tax for the donation?
Yes, because Russell Landcare Trust is registered charity.
Other ways to help us
Land Access
As Russell Peninsula is mostly private land, granting access to your land allows us to expand predator control efforts, creating safer habitats for native wildlife and helping restore the natural balance of the Russell Peninsula.
Volunteering
Volunteering with Russell Landcare Trust means becoming a hands-on part of restoring Russell’s unique biodiversity, whether it’s weeding, planting, or building traps – every effort makes a difference!
